Owner and Chef Tanya, was diagnosed as Coeliac whilst living in Singapore.
This means that everything she cooks has to be gluten free.
Rather than trying to replicate a ‘normal’ diet containing gluten, Tanya takes inspiration from dishes and cuisines that are naturally gluten free.
She also has a few very good, tried and tested recipes so that we can all have our
cake / pudding / bread / cracker fix every once in a while.
