Paladar’s mission is to “showcase the best of Latin American food, wine, spirits, cocktails, music, art and hospitality” to its guests and provide an unforgettable dining experience. Contemporary, stylish and colourful throughout, there are four separate eating areas within the venue, each designed with its own distinctive features to accommodate a variety of dining options.

The Main Dining Room to the front is light and spacious with an abundance of tropical plants, eye catching wall art and feature bar. Ideal for small intimate groups is the Chef’s Table area within the Bodega where guests can also view the busy open kitchen at work. Tucked away at the rear is the very popular Courtyard Garden, a relaxing, cosy haven offering al fresco dining all year round. Finally, the newest dining addition is the Amazon Lounge, a visually stunning area decorated in vibrant 3-D mixed-media by Colombian artist Rafael Rosas and also available to book for private parties.

A visit to Paladar is a stimulating experience in itself but the food is simply incredible. A team of talented chefs are committed to creating wonderful dishes full of the authentic flavours and aromas of South American cuisine, all prepared using fresh, premium quality produce and ingredients. The impressive menus offer a fantastic range of sharing plates and all are 100% gluten free, absolute joy for coeliacs! Beautifully presented to your table, the innovative dishes are works of art in themselves. The daily menu offers a great selection of appetisers, fish and seafood, meat, vegetables, side dishes, mouth watering desserts, dessert cocktails, premium coffees and teas. The comprehensive drinks menu is mainly gluten free too including superb cocktails, beer and Mexican corn-based whiskey. The family team are proud to offer reasonably priced home cooked Italian cuisine with the authentic flavours and wonderful aromas of the Mediterranean. The owner is a coeliac and has created an amazing gluten free menu, almost everything available on the regular menu can be replicated gluten free – something quite special for coeliacs. Food is prepared and cooked in a separate dedicated gluten-free kitchen to avoid cross-contamination so coeliacs can relax and enjoy a worry-free dining experience. Cotto also caters for vegetarians and vegans and with prior notice can adapt dishes to accommodate other dietary needs. To compliment the meal of your choice an excellent drinks list offers fine wines from around the world.

The separate Gluten Free menu offers a full range of options including – selection of Antipasti, Risotto (chicken, wild mushrooms, mixed seafood), Pasta dishes, Baked Pasta (lasagne or crespoline), Carne (chicken, lamb, steak), Pesce (tuna, salmon, swordfish), Pizza (various sauces & toppings). Meat and fish dishes are accompanied with fresh vegetables and potatoes. A selection of mouth-watering desserts is available too – if you have room! The friendly and knowledgeable staff are more than happy to answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients and to advise on menu choice.
