A separate dedicated fryer and equipment is used in the preparation of all gluten free food thus greatly reducing the risk of cross contamination. Located within the complex is the popular Arches Restaurant and Coffee Shop. Holmes Mill is contemporary and stylish while retaining original features such as exposed stonework and lofty ceilings. Proud of its industrial past, carefully preserved pieces of textile machinery are showcased to great effect. The Beer Hall, with its feature length bar, is a great place to eat, drink and relax, whether it be in a cosy corner of the Chimney Room with its roaring log fire or gathered around one of the long communal tables in true Bavarian Beer Hall fashion.
