As a Coeliac herself (her daughter is too), Tracy completely understands the importance of avoiding cross-contamination. Dedicated Gluten Free fryers are in place and food is prepared in a separate area using distinctively coloured utensils and equipment. There is an outstanding and extensive separate Gluten Free menu plus a chilled cabinet serving mouthwatering freshly baked Gluten Free cakes!
