The team are passionate about catering for dietary requirements and offer gluten free (GF), vegetarian (V) and vegan (Vg) dishes which are clearly marked on the menus. The interior of this impressively renovated hotel truly exudes warmth and character having wooden beams, exposed brick walls, a well-stocked wood-panelled bar, an imposing feature brick fireplace with log burner, and exquisitely designed luxury bedrooms. Outside there is a delightful terrace area set amid stunning gardens abundant with flowers. Visitors are welcome to take a stroll here and also to visit the vegetable and herb gardens which supply fresh ingredients daily to the restaurant. The oldest part of the hotel is the 14th-century half-timbered thatched barn which was formerly a courthouse in medieval times. The beautifully restored 17th-century oak Tithe Barn now serves as a venue for conferences and functions. It is particularly popular for weddings providing a unique and magical setting for that most special of days.

Among many other prestigious honours is ‘Best Independent Restaurant in Telford’ 2017 and 2018. The restaurant offers delicious home-cooked food using only fresh, seasonal local produce of the highest quality.
