Lino’s is easily located in Hoylake, a popular coastal town situated at the tip of the Wirral peninsula. Established in 1983, this delightful family-run Mediterranean restaurant has deservedly gained a reputation for its excellent cuisine and warm welcome extended by Lino as front of house, Barbara as head chef and Enrico as sous chef. Stylish and contemporary yet retaining a cosy traditional feel, the dining areas are comfortably furnished with attractive decor and exposed brickwork which creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The restaurant offers an impressive range of appetising starters, delicious main courses and tempting desserts which are all beautifully presented at your table. A separate takeaway menu is also available. Those with special dietary requirements are also well catered for providing fantastic gluten free (GF), vegetarian (V) and vegan (VG) options which are clearly marked on the menus. The knowledgeable and helpful staff are more than happy to provide information regarding food preparation and ingredients. There is also an excellent drinks list to complement your wonderful dining experience at Lino’s.

The Refreshment Rooms, the former Admiral pub located on the Wirral waterfront at Rock Ferry, is a fantastic contemporary upbeat venue. It was the original Refreshment Rooms for the cross Mersey ferry in the 1880’s. The interior and decor of The Refreshment rooms, is gorgeous and it has many of its original features.

There is so much on offer here and whether you are looking for a lunchtime snack, or a more sophisticated evening meal, The Refreshment Rooms will deliver on all levels. There is a really smart beer garden where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day especially lovely on a warm summers day. There is also a fantastic kids play area with a great sunken pirate ship and superb river views across to Liverpool.
