Tucked away close to the centre of the popular seaside town of Southport is Forge Brasserie, a seafood and steak restaurant with a reputation for its excellent cuisine. Open daily for lunch and dinner, customers can select fish from the glass display case located on the ground floor and observe the chefs prepare and cook meals in the open kitchen using only the freshest and finest quality produce. The comprehensive menus offer Table d’Hȏte and À la Carte and include appetising starters, an impressive choice of main meals, and delicious desserts. Tuesday evenings offer a special steak menu and Thursday evenings a fish menu, perfect for trying something a little more unusual. Vegetarians are also catered for and many dishes across the menu can be adapted to gluten free on request.
