We specialise in contemporary Celtic cuisine,with menus which are developed in accordance with the seasons. This enables us to fully appreciate the wonderful ingredients of Scotland. We strive to use the very finest produce, lamb and 28 day aged beef reared on Third Part Farm over the hills of Largs by the Scott family. Scallops and langoustines caught on the West Coast by skipper Ian Wightman (the first fisherman to sign up to the Responsible Fishing Scheme) and landed at Largs pier to be hand selected by our chefs; fresh Scottish fish supplied by award-winning fishmongers, Pieroni of Ayr.
