The business is family-run by owner Tracy and a wonderful team who are passionate about catering for Gluten Free and other dietary needs. As a Coeliac herself (her daughter is too), Tracy completely understands the importance of avoiding cross-contamination. Dedicated Gluten Free fryers are in place and food is prepared in a separate area using distinctively coloured utensils and equipment. Gluten Free food is always clearly labelled and staff are thoroughly trained on how to safely serve Gluten Free customers. There is an outstanding and extensive separate Gluten Free menu plus a chilled cabinet serving mouthwatering freshly baked Gluten Free cakes! The knowledgeable and friendly staff are always happy to answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients and advise on menu choice. You can also order via their app too.
