Located in the popular coastal resort town of Colwyn Bay, the fully licensed Botanical Lounge opened in December 2021 and has quickly gained a reputation for its delicious food with locals and visitors alike. The colourful contemporary decor has an on-trend botanical theme with green painted walls, rich mellow wood, exotic jungle print soft furnishings and an abundance of foliage creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
The team at Botanical Lounge are proud to support local businesses and to source fresh, local produce whenever possible. They are also passionate about catering for dietary requirements and provide gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options across the menus. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are only too happy to answer any questions regarding food preparation and ingredients and advise on menu choice.
Meg’s Daytime Menu offers numerous breakfast choices, Smoothie Bowls, French Toast Stacks (including sharing board), sandwiches, toasties & wraps, soups, salads, pasta dishes, light bites and much more. A classic Afternoon Tea is also available (booking required) including a selection of homemade finger sandwiches, scones and scrumptious cakes accompanied with an excellent choice of local coffees and range of teas. For that extra special treat why not indulge in a Prosecco or Cocktail too.
Andrew’s Evening Menu promises a vibrant wine bar experience with tasty Nibbles, selection of appetising tapas-style Small Plates, larger Sharing Plates, choice of Botanical Burgers (served with skin-on fries & slaw), Botanical Skewers (served with grilled pitta, skin-on fries & side salad), and a great choice of Sides. In addition the drinks list offers a superb range of wines, beers, spirits and fantastic cocktails to complete your wonderful dining experience at the Botanical Lounge.
