Newly opened in 2026, Mansel’s Fish and Chip Shop in Coity is a contemporary premises with attractive glass frontage and impressive interior kept immaculately clean. Located on a busy road, there is a spacious car park to the rear for customer use. An outstanding takeaway, there is also a breakfast bar with room for 6 people.
Mansel’s has quickly gained a reputation with locals and visitors alike for it’s exceptional fish and chips and friendly service. In addition to the usual favourites, the menu offers rissoles, pies, saveloy and fishcakes. There is also a great selection of accompaniments (including bread rolls, gravy, curry sauce, mushy peas, pickled eggs) and for children there is the great value Kids’ Box with a choice of sausage or nuggets with chips plus a carton of drink. There are regular deals on adults meals too. The drinks menu offers tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a choice of refreshing soft drinks.
Those requiring Gluten Free are also well catered for with a fantastic separate Gluten Free menu and daily Gluten Free options. A separate dedicated fryer is used to prepare Gluten Free fish, chips and much more plus Gluten Free sides and condiments.
