The Lobster Pot seafood restaurant is located in picturesque Rhydwyn close to the small beach of Church Bay on the west coast of the beautiful island of Anglesey. Established in 1946, the restaurant has gained a well deserved reputation with locals and visitors alike who return time after time to enjoy excellent seafood and hospitality. Family run for many years, Wendy and Steff have recently handed the reins over to Adam and Ceri who are delighted to embark on their new venture. Adam worked alongside Steff in the kitchen and his sister Ceri brings her expertise in tourism. Following a total refurbishment, the interior is contemporary and stylish yet retains its appealing character features. Outside the attractive garden has a new covered decking area, the perfect spot to relax in the warmer months and enjoy great food, drink and spectacular Anglesey summer skies.
Hosts Ceri, Adam and their team are proud to present a menu offering the freshest locally caught lobster, crab, mussels, oysters and scallops. Seasonal specials can include pollock, sea trout, cod, bass, mackerel and plaice. If your preference is for meat there are succulent steaks too from an award winning local butcher. Meals are lovingly created using only premium quality local produce whenever possible. A children’s menu is also provided. Choose from appetising starters, substantial salad dishes, delicious mains, succulent meat dishes, good selection of sides, and irresistible puddings. In addition there is an extensive drinks list to complement your memorable dining experience.
Those with dietary requirements including gluten free and vegetarian are also well catered for, simply inform a member of staff when ordering and every effort will be made to accommodate your request. As a coeliac, Ceri understands the necessity to avoid cross-contamination and an excellent range of gluten free options are available across the menu and clearly marked.
