A warm welcome is assured by your hosts, Darren and Samantha, who are passionate about providing first class service in a relaxing and homely atmosphere. The bars and dining areas are stylishly furnished with cosy log burning fires and attractive decor. For those warmer months there is a large, family-friendly decking patio and extensive gardens with wonderful views of Ollersett Moor.
The restaurant has deservedly gained a reputation for its home cooked food which is freshly prepared daily using locally sourced produce. The impressive menu also caters for those wishing to eat gluten free and a separate menu is provided. Special dietary needs are taken very seriously and the knowledgeable and friendly staff are more than happy to answer any questions regarding food preparation and ingredients.
GF Starters include Soup of the Day with bread roll, Classic Prawn Cocktail, and Paté with Melba Toast. Among delicious Mains options are Curry of the Day, Battered Cod & Chips, Chicken Supreme, Pork Loin with Peppercorn Sauce, Wild Leek & Mushroom Risotto, and Steaks and Burgers which are served with fresh vegetables or salad.
